National Women’s Health Week is May 12-18, 2024, and we encourage women and girls to make their health a priority.

What can you do?

  • Get regular check-ups, including a yearly exam, including mammogram
  • Get active – 2 hours and 30 minutes of physical activities, including strengthening activities at least 2 days a week
  • Eat a healthy and balanced diet
  • Prioritize your mental health and learn how to cope with stress
  • Practice healthy behaviors
  • Learn to meditate or practice yoga
